We are a full time real estate settlement company. we provide residential sale/purchase settlement to our clients. We work with the lenders and real estate agents of both the buyer and seller in order to facilitate the terms of a real estate contract.
We coordinates all the parties, including the seller, buyer, real estate agents, lenders, etc., and gathers all the information for settlement.
As a title company, we make sure that the title to a piece of real estate is legitimate and then issues title insurance for that property. At the closing, a settlement agent will bring all the necessary documentation, explain it to the parties, collect closing costs and distribute monies.
